At Flower Balance, we take pride in providing premium wellness gummies designed to support your well-being. Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in our gummies’ ability to deliver real results. If you don’t notice a difference within 30 days of consistent use, we will refund your product cost. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse:

  • Applies to first-time orders only.

  • Proof of consistent use is required:

    • A photo of your pouch next to a current date (e.g., phone screen or calendar), taken at least once per week during the 30-day period.

    • A written summary of your experience describing how you used the gummies and what results you did or did not notice.

  • Refund requests must be submitted between day 30 and day 35 after delivery. Claims outside this window are not eligible.

  • All returns must include the original packaging and any unused gummies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos.

  • Claims after 48 hours are not eligible.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

General Return Requirements

  • Only unopened, unused gummies in their original pouch are accepted.

  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping (no prepaid labels provided).

  • Refunds cover product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection (usually within 48 hours of receiving the return).

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged.

  • Once payment is processed and your order is in progress at our warehouse, it is not eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return or Refund

Please email info@flowerbalance.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return (with photos/videos if applicable)

  • For 30-day guarantee claims: include your weekly pouch photos and written summary

Our team will reply within 48 hours with next steps.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method (processing times may vary by bank).

Additional Notes

  • Opened or used gummies cannot be returned.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
